Our agricultural footprint is anchored directly to the rugged, high-altitude volcanic red ferrosol soil of Moorleah, Northwest Tasmania. This unique basalt earth and sharp winter frost window provide the perfect premium terroir for high-value primary production. By working the ground, clearing rock layers, and implementing automated irrigation grids, we respect the raw Tasmanian wilderness while engineering a highly resilient agricultural asset. We actively monitor soil pH levels and telemetry tracking data to ensure our 1,000 native pepperberry trees and premium 300-tree truffle orchard mature with absolute commercial crop uniformity.
